I really love the seafood player. The shrimp is so fresh with the taste of sweetness. Love the cucumber martini as well. Highly recommend the try the fish pie, the egg on the top is cooked in a very interesting way.

Food was incredible. I don’t think I’ve had better Italian. The pasta was cooked to perfect al dente, the ragu was seasoned perfectly and the veal so tender and flavorful. We all tried each other’s food and even liked dishes that didn’t appeal when just reading about them on the menu. The waiter was extremely polite and responsive and even brought us one extra of an appetizer item so we wouldn’t have to divide. The atmosphere is a slightly odd set-up, the only less than 100% about the restaurant, but it’s certainly not bad. We would happily go again - if only we lived in the UK.

Formerly opened by Luciano Pavarotti in 1996, Caravaggio still remains one of the firm favourites with the movers and shakers of the square mile. Occupying the imposing premises of what was formerly a banking hall, the space has been opened up to create a gallery which runs around the room at mezzanine level, providing a second tier of tables and creating a perfect space for group dinners and large parties. First class modern Italian cuisine and slick service are all part of the Caravaggio appeal.
