The name ROKA carries great meaning - ROKA is a meeting place where food and drinks are shared with friends (ro) and heat, warmth and an all-embracing energy surround (ka). The principle cuisine is from the robata grill, which originates from the fishermen of the northern coastal waters off japan, who would cook the fish on the boats with different charcoals and share the bounty with one another using their oars.

ROKA charlotte street opened in 2004, ROKA canary wharf in 2009, ROKA mayfair in february 2014 and ROKA aldwych in october 2014.

I had an incredible dining experience at Sticks n Sushi on 25/09/24, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing waitress, Daisy. From the moment we arrived, she provided impeccable service, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that we had a fantastic time. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and knowledge of the menu made the evening truly special. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Daisy – she’ll make sure your experience is unforgettable!

Staff were nice, accommodating especially we had people with various dietary needs. Food was warm rather than hot. Could have been a bit better. The ambience was crap as we were sat next to a table of 6 kids, couldn’t really hear ourselves talking. There was also a massive party who were screeching ABBA, singing would have ok!

Experience was great. Food taste was excellent but for the portions given the price is way over valued. Must say that Gabriel gave us a fantastic service and must be appraised and reward by management. The show was great. But where we were sitting we were always shown the backside of the performers. They must turn around more often as they have guests sitting all around We still recommend you experience Inca. You must have your own opinion
