The Shamrock Brew Pub is a favorite destination for my wife and me when we have something to celebrate. The food is outstanding. Last night I ordered fish and chips. The fish for this is consistenly the best I find anywhere. The pieces are hyge, and the coating is crisp on the outside and sweet on the inside. The chips are NOT French fries, but slices of pan-fried potato. I like the cole slaw, too. It's cut in small pieces, not stringy. I prefer a sweet cole slaw, but this one is less so. Very fresh and not vinegary. By the way, I do not drink, and my wife does so very seldom. I am told the Shamrock has great pub-brewed beers and ales, but it is certainly not necessary to have alcohol to have a positive experience. And we both adored our waitress, Melissa.

We three were warmly welcomed by the staff and the General Manager, Emilio Ramos for an early dinner prior to a conference we were attending. The service provided was personable and gracious. Our cocktails were wonderful, the appetizer (Beet) was delicious, the Local Green salad was very tasty, and our three entrée's (Duck Confit, Pork Shank Osso Buco , Lamb steak) were extremely well prepared, presentations were top notch, and portions were generous! The Lemon Tart desert was a great way to end our dinner experience. This restaurant is highly recommended and we plan on returning next time we are in Colorado Springs!

the nachcos and the green chile pork dip were simply amazing. spicy marg was on point. Will return just for those. steak and frites and beet salad also impressive. Ashley provided amazing service. We'll be back!

Wonderful experience. Monday is happy hour all afternoon and evening. The mussels and calamari were delicious. We enjoyed wedge salads as well. Nice wines by the glass.

We ordered the 10 tapas course meal. One of the people in our party also got the wine pairing with their meal. The food was beyond amazing and the service was really great. The only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was that the waiters didn’t always tell the person who ordered the wine pairing which wine to drink with their food. We sat outside and it was a glorious evening. It was a little pricey, but we thought it was worth every dollar. Wendy Wendy’s. We will definitely return!

The servers were quite accommodating as we gave up our table to watch out grands bowl. The service was top notch and the vibe was great. The food, on the other hand, was not up to par. The brisket sliders were two small chunks of fat on a bun. The cheese curds were great, but mostly bar food, not elevated.

The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress busted her butt and we were never without anything. They have made a lot of changes for the better. However, I’m not sure why you would remove salsa from the menu and you can either only have chips and guacamole or chips and queso, no longer chips and salsa. Please bring back the salsa.
