We really enjoyed our dinner at this elegant restaurant. The service was exceptional and the food was the best we have had in Colorado Springs. Our meat was so tender and the side dishes were delicious. Lots of choices so you will find something for everyone. Please give it a try.

Walter's Bistro offers contemporary fine dining in Colorado Springs. One might not think exquisite seafood could be found so far from the ocean, but this eatery just minutes from downtown pulls it off very well with steamed mussels, salmon fillet and pan seared scallops, just to name a few.

While delicious seafood in the mountains may be a welcome surprise when visiting Walter's Bistro, there is plenty on the menu for the landlubbers. For example, the power lunch crowd will love the bacon wrapped meatloaf, 1/2 pound Wagyu bistro burger and the grilled bistro steak even if the seafood crepes do not tempt them. The dinner menu at Walter's Bistro includes Colorado white trout, Chilean sea bass, wild mushroom ravioli, smoked duck breast and osso bucco.

We spent our 38th wedding anniversary here. It was a very enjoyable evening. We were made to feel special with Champagne and a beautiful salad offered to us as a token to our celebration. Marigolds Bistro has class. Excellent food and a top notch staff. ❤️👍

We visited for our anniversary and the whole experience was amazing! We were greeted warmly, our service was top notch, the food was so tasty and the experience of cooking it tabletop was fun and new for us. The wine list is extensive. Of course the chocolate was the best and they offered more items to dip which I appreciate. From start to finish, we highly enjoyed our night!

Four by Brother Luck NEVER disappoints! The summer tasting menu was fabulous. We love their Jalapeño Poppers as a staple for every menu. I had the best halibut I have ever had. Thank you Brother Luck and incredible crew for taking good care of us!
