I had one of the most imaginative meals ever - a Turkish platter with beef filet and lots of vegetables. Service was very attentive, and the noise level was perfect - soft music and possible to have a conversation.

I recently dined at The Peppertree, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor, exactly as I requested. It was clear the chef knew their craft. The staff was outstanding, striking the perfect balance of attentive and unobtrusive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout the meal. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they handled every detail with professionalism and warmth. The drinks were equally impressive, with a creative cocktail menu that delivered bold, well-balanced flavors—each sip was a delight. The atmosphere complemented the meal beautifully, creating a memorable evening. I can’t recommend The Peppertree enough for anyone craving a top-notch dining experience!

I had an amazing birthday dinner, as usual. A thoughtful card was placed on my table wishing me a happy birthday and I received a free dessert. We had a very small issue with getting one of our courses at the same time as the first, but it didn't happen for any other courses. All the food was perfectly cooked and delicious. We wish the menu would change up just a bit every now and then, but it's a menu that works and has alot of local favorites. 21 Steaks continues to be one of the few restuarants you can go in Pueblo for an experience in dining where you aren't rushed out of the place and service is top notch. Thank you for making my birthday a wonderful experience and providing an incredible dining experience time and time again.

We came to celebrate our 40th anniversary and had a wonderful meal and our Server Jasmine made some excellent recommendations that were really appreciated and yummy! She added a little raspberry to the chocolate martini!! Yummy!!

Really great food and fresh seafood dishes. Oysters were great and the bartender threw in an extra grilled oyster with creole butter that was outstanding. All around a really good meal and one of the better restaurants in downtown.

This restaurant is very warm and inviting, and the staff is amazing. So attentive and friendly, they all ask every guests name and use it throughout the evening. The entrees are excellent and priced fairly. The martinis and wine pours are generous. The wedge salad was beautifully presented, just a little overdressed. Crème brûlée was excellent. A very romantic dining experience.
