Outstanding food! The various steaks were the best we have had in a long while. The apple pie with vanilla ice cream was unique and delicious. Highly recommend the Pepper Tree when you want the very best and service.

The Steakhouse at Flying Horse was outstanding for our anniversary dinner. The Petit Filet and the Halibut were delicious as was the Roasted Crudites, and the gluten-free bread was a treat for someone who cannot have wheat. Megan, Thomas, and Abby were delightful and attentive making us feel very special, and the view from our table was stunning. We highly recommend The Steakhouse and look forward to returning. Thank You!

Pamelas was perfect for a lunch meeting with friends from out of town. They loved having the simulators downstairs after lunch. Great food and great views of USAFA and the mountains. We will be back!
