The Pepper Tree restaurant has been a tradition for fine dining in Colorado Springs since 1983. Serving steaks, seafood, lamb, veal and more, the Pepper Tree is legendary for impeccable cuisine, ambiance, service and breathtaking views of the city. The Pepper Tree's signature Mango Chutney Pepper Steak and other specialties, including Chateaubriand and Steak Diane, are prepared or finished table side. **Please note business casual dress code is required- Hats, ripped jeans/shirts, costumes, muscle shirts, sweatpants/pajamas or flip flips will not be permitted.**

Marigold's Bistro offers contemporary fine dining in Colorado Springs. One might not think exquisite seafood could be found so far from the ocean, but this eatery just minutes from downtown pulls it off very well with steamed mussels, salmon fillet and pan seared scallops, just to name a few.While delicious seafood in the mountains may be a welcome surprise when visiting Marigold's Bistro, there is plenty on the menu for the landlubbers. For example, the power lunch crowd will love the bacon wrapped meatloaf, 1/2 pound Wagyu bistro burger and the grilled bistro steak even if the seafood crepes do not tempt them. The dinner menu at Marigold's Bistro includes Colorado white trout, Chilean sea bass, wild mushroom ravioli, smoked duck breast and osso bucco.
