Red Gravy offers upscale casual modern Italian fare.
Chef/Owner Eric Brenner spent his first decade in the industry inside Italian kitchens. Talking up St. Louis' wide-ranging Italian eatery scene, which gets as specific as regional specialties, he says he's wanted to have a place like this since he was 18.
"We're going to start very simple and accessible," he says, "we'll play to the crowd and start a dialogue, then grow the menu with community input."
"Simple," includes dishes like his tomato bisque, with which only has five ingredients. "It's all about the perfect balance. And that gets back to the essence of good Italian food: quality ingredients, very few, in perfect balance." Other examples include his St. Louis-style, thin-crust pizza, best compared to a flat-bread.

Our Go-To place for any kind of 'occasion', whether it be a birthday, job promotion, or the like. BJ's has such a varied menu that there is something for everyone. I have been all over the country and know that if I see a BJs Brewpub, that the food will be great.....and I don't even like beer (which according to my beer drinking husband, is great).

This was an amazing place for us to have chosen for dinner! The food was awesome for all 4 of us. Our waiter, Mike M, was superb! Very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely eat here again when in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!!
