With commitment to that philosophy, Tamura features sustainable seasonal ingredients of the Pacific Northwest in authentic Japanese preparation. Tamura is a Kappo style restaurant where food is prepared in an open kitchen and served quickly in a lively environment where staff and guests talk about the food and beyond. Our goal is to become the very best restaurant to our guests by getting to know them and serving them in a personable yet professional manner. *Please note that a 20% living wage charge is included (dine in only). 結婚記念日ディナーに活用。賑やかではあるものの、声はきちんと通るし、ソファなどの設えのおかげか雰囲気は落ち着いていて、とても居心地良かったです。ウェイターもこまめに気をかけてくれるし、にこやかだし、素敵な接客でした。ステーキは柔らかく、それ以外もスタンダードな味付けの中にもレベルの高さを感じました。(意外性のある味付けとかはないけれど、どれもレベル高く美味しい) 安定感のあるステーキハウスとして今後も重用しそうです。

Fishing pub meets restaurant. This bustling neighborhood restaurant specializes in oysters and other seafood dishes. Using nothing but the freshest ingredients, Chef Taylor Thomas creates seasonal food. The Walrus and the Carpenter also serves wine, smart cocktails, beer and cider. It makes an ideal after-hours hangout spot. Enjoy some fried oysters with a cold beer, surrounded by cozy rustic furnishings. If you prefer an alternative to seafood, look no further than the steak tartare, which comes with thinly sliced rye toast and egg yolk. Launched in 2010 to rave reviews, The Walrus and the Carpenter is open daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
