Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Ambiance was exactly what we wanted. The restaurant was full but we didn’t even notice other people. They were able to accommodate our party of 8 and we all were impressed (including my two teens). We ordered salads, pizza, and pasta.

The Olive and Grape opened in September 2010. The owner, Paola Corsini, is third-generation Italian Levantine, born and raised in Izmir, Turkey. Discovered this cute little Mediterranean place in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood for our anniversary dinner-date tonight! Our food was amazing, and the service and quaint artistic ambiance were simply delightful. I had their O&G Musakka with chicken and hubby had the Iskender Döner (a gyro platter). We finished off our meal with a cup of Turkish coffee for the hubbs (his favorite!) and a shared piece of Mama’s baklava…”Opa!” Such a perfect night!👨‍🍳💋🇹🇷🇬🇷🇮🇹

OOLA Capitol Hill offers craft cocktails showcasing OOLA spirits, elevated bar snacks and PNW casual fine dining, shared plates, driven by the seasons. Executive Chef Elizabeth Blacker creates photo-worthy share plates with the freshest seasonal ingredients with a Pacific Northwest flair.

Nestled in a private courtyard on Union Street between 14th and 15th, OOLA Capitol Hill is a gem of a building with two garage doors opening onto a patio shaded by mature Japanese Maple trees. With 11 seats at the bar and 22 on the floor, it is one of the rare intimate community treasures that make Seattle a marvel.

We also have a Private Dining Room for parties from 8-20.

The bartender was friendly and polite. They were a little short staffed the night we visited, so service was understandably delayed. Nevertheless, the staff made it nice for us.

Tali: From the moment we walked in, the hostess gave a big smile with a wonderful greeting. We were seated and given water and menus immediately. The waitstaff, tall dark and handsome, asked us for our drink orders and promptly returned. The drinks were so goood! They were layered and presented with colorful attention. Food orders came …..mmmmmm! Pinakbet, Pampano fish-don’t forget to turn over and eat it all, Short ribs Kare Kare, choose them and meet satisfaction for the first time. This is highly elevated food. The dessert: Bibinjka….ohhhhhh So Personal … the Chef’s Filipino touch. It is such goodness. You want great designed Filipino food? Musang is the Place!!! Go there and be amazed!

Amazing cocktails and good values. Service was very attentive and friendly. Loved the refined guacamole, plantains and carne asada. The bananas for dessert were extra delicious and gluten free. We will be back soon!

We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house.
