I have been there multiple times all of which have been excellent. Although I have a favorite, which is the pepperoni pizza, there is not one choice I wouldn’t try because of the quality of food.

My significant other & I celebrated our 2 year anniversary at Il Terrazzo Carmine and it was fantastic…we ate on a Monday evening and so the ambiance was perfect…just enough people there to feel like a community but not crazy crowded. We ate outside on their patio…beautiful. The service was top notch…and after 73 years of dining out, I finally used the services of a sommelier…wow…that was awesome and very useful…he knew a lot about the various wines of each varietal and was able to find a wine that fit both or entrees in the price range I had set…they have an extensive wine list so bottle prices range widely. I had the risotto with shrimp while my beautiful partner had spaghetti Bolognese with gluten free pasta…she loved it. Both entrees were excellent. As an appetizer we had polenta with forest mushrooms…OMG…we’re talking good eats here! Since we were celebrating (oh…and a cute card on the table that said “Happy Anniversary”), they brought us a cute little piece of tiramisu with two candles on it…both touching each other…okay…that was over the top…they easily could have done nothing! Note that right outside the restaurant, there is a bar that I believe is owned by Il Terrazzo Carmine…Bar Sosta…drop by there ahead of your reservation to enjoy wonderful cocktails and relax…an awesome place!

The seafood was very fresh and cooked in a clean but flavorful way. Every bite was worth savoring. The open front on a beautiful day creates a very nice ambiance. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend Violet.

Our first time dining at a RCSH made for a very pleasant evening dinner following a several hour drive . The 3 for 55 option allowed us to sample generous portions of 6 different dishes. Having the entree arrive on a plate heated to 500 degrees was an interesting experience—kept the food piping hot for sure. Cherise, our server, provided a lot of background info for us rookies and was patient and smiling throughout. RCSH is on our list for future dining options .

We had a wonderful experience at Il Bistro on 7/8/25. Our server Gabriél, went above and beyond to provide outstanding service AND listened intently to a short story or two like not even some of our closest friends have the patience to do 😂.
