L'Umi Sake House vous propose un restaurant de cuisine japonaise unique dans le quartier de Belltown, à Seattle. Vous aurez droit aux meilleurs fruits de mer du Nord-Ouest, à un généreux menu de tapas de style izakaya ainsi qu'à une carte étendue de plus de 60 bouteilles de saké importées de l'Empire du Soleil levant. L'intérieur est à multiples facettes : une salle à manger traditionnelle aux grandes mosaïques d'ardoise noire, un magnifique bar à sushi en bois d'une capacité de 14 personnes, une salle semi-privée revêtue de « tatami » pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, une plus spacieuse salle à manger privée pour 25 personnes. Pour un cadre plus décontracté, une autre salle vous attend en « arrière-cour » fermée, agrémentée d'un jardin tropical. Au bar à liqueurs en béton noir, vous pourrez profiter de cocktails saké personnalisés et fusion-traditionnels. Le coin repas en palier décontracté présente de surcroit un happy hour prolongé de 16h00 à 20h00 tous les jours. La variété des ambiances vous garantit une expérience différente à chaque visite, à l'unisson de l'étendue et de la qualité du menu. Pour les amateurs en herbe ou consommés de saké, la carte de l'Umi est incomparable d'une bouteille à l'autre hors-Japon !
