Staff was amazing beginning to end! They were great at multitasking while many walk in were complaining about wanting a seat! So I applaud them Our server came very quickly and was very tentative to our table regardless if we didn’t need anything I enjoyed the great service food. And a corner seating because my son was also autistic! Thank you so much

This is our favorite brunch spot in Seattle. The food is all locally sourced and/or organic. We feel safe feeding it to our infant son knowing it doesn’t have artificial colors/sweeteners or preservatives. The French toast is a MUST. Our service is always quick and so kind. Definitely recommend

Belltown / Pike Place Market
About the restaurant
The award-winning, full-service Skillet Diner is opening in the iconic Post Alley of Seattle in June 2023. We’re a neighborhood joint doing our best to make the place feel relaxed, service attentive and easy, and the food approachable yet focused. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and continually redefine the meaning of comfort. The style of food is like what we’re known for on the airstream. The difference? We have so much more room! Bring a date, your kids, or your out-of-town guests and an appetite. We look forward to putting some tasty treats in your belly.
