El restaurante Goodman está especializado en filetes. Nuestros chefs consiguen la mejor res de ambos lados del Atlántico (desde manadas alimentadas con maíz de primera calidad USDA hasta reses escocesas de pastoreo, pasando por Angus irlandesas alimentadas con granos y la rara raza Belted Galloway del Distrito de los Lagos de Inglaterra) para presentar una combinación exclusiva de un asador británico tradicional y un asador clásico de Nueva York. Toda la carne es añejada en seco y cortada en el establecimiento (esto se puede observar en la sala de añejamiento en seco con paredes de cristal). Utter Waffle - a gem within the South London brunch scene! We opened our Balham restaurant in 2024, our second site after our Herne Hill baby! Since our launch, we've collected a small cabinet of trophies and awards, and have even cooked our savoury waffles on Masterchef, Sunday Brunch & Saturday Kitchen!
Our busy brunch restaurant serves everything from fried chicken & waffles and our signature avo smash, to bottomless brunch & craft beers. For those with a sweet tooth - fret not as the desserts are pretty good too - (we're even the proud winners of The Best Dessert in the UK (British Street Food Awards)), so there really is something for everyone!

Our sushi concept is “without soy sauce – but if you want to”. Of course, we can serve as much soy sauce as the diner desires; however, what we want to emphasise is the taste of the fish. Therefore, each piece of sushi that we serve is brushed with the right amount of soy sauce and topped with an accompaniment that harmonises with the flavour of the fish.
