Sparrow, our server, was friendly and attentive, and she had some good recommendations for our first visit. We ordered the Braised Short Ribs and the Top Shelf Enchiladas, with side house salads. Everything was delicious, but the roasted bacon-brussel sprouts were particularly good.More infoBlue Agave Grill - Fort CollinsPrice: Moderate• Mexican / Southwestern• Fort Collins•4.7

We enjoyed the salsa tasting and the Para La Mesa Oaxaca Guacamole made fresh at our table. The margaritas were delicious. Everyone enjoyed the Molcajete fajitas, I recommend getting all of the proteins, all of it was tasty. Lastly, my kids won't stop talking about the sopapillas with ice cream.
