    We came here 5 years ago and raved about the steak and cornbread and couldn’t wait to come back, it was my mothers birthday this time (yesterday Nov 27) and we knew exactly where to come for great steak that’s locally sourced. The staff is very friendly and welcoming everyone wished her a happy birthday. The steak was amazing and cooked to perfection we got sides of Mac and cheese, mushrooms and puréed potatoes everything was amazing! I can’t wait to come back.

    Our group was very disappointed with brunch. The service and food were not at the level we were accustomed to with. previously positive experiences we had at Urban Farmer. The price point and outcome did not match. Do better.

    Awesome! We arrived early for our 6 pm reservation so we had a couple drinks at the bar. Bartenders were very friendly and made excellent drinks. Promptly at 6 pm the hostess came and took us to our table. Food and service were outstanding!

    The prefixed thanksgiving was ok. We had three people in our party, and while the servings of protein were healthy portions, the sides was not sufficient for our party of three. I ordered a glass of wine from the wine selection menu.It was not what I ordered or it was watered down. I asked for a replacement glass of Chardonnay. My replacement glass that I ordered from the wine selection menu was not a Chardonnay as I ordered. I don’t understand having a wine selection menu if you don’t get what you selected. I know my wines. The pumpkin pie was excellent.

    We were seated in the back, separate from the main restaurant where we were enjoying the atmosphere at the bar, who'sservice was excellent This is a back of house room. It should be for shift breaks and a beverage station. The decor is from a a Childs painted rodeo bedroom. The backroom makes you feel like an afterthought with the odor and view of the dish room, plus the server traffic. We were very much looking forward to this special Thanksgiving meal and we feel like the experience was ruined. This is the first review I've ever felt the need to leave. The bartender Crystal, server Justin and the food runner were all exceptional. Sadly, we will not be returning after last night.

    We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with Urban Farmer. Our first time in Denver was made special by their hospitality and friendly staff. The food was incredible- we all got something different from turkey to prime rib. Our personal favorites were their desserts- chocolate cake and pumpkin pie! Much thanks!

    I came to Urban Farmer, my favorite steakhouse in Denver, this Sunday for their Prime Rib special. I am an avid Prime Rib lover, so I was really looking forward to this meal. When it arrived, I was surprised to see that I was served a ribeye. I understand they are the same cut of meat, however it was not prepared as a Prime Rib. In addition, the truffle mac and cheese was unlike its normal consistency, but soupy and lacking its normal flare of flavor; the mashed potatoes also seemed to be missing its normal spices. This is one of my favorite restaurants so this visit will not be the last, however I was a bit disappointed in the food this past evening.

    Our server Noah was welcoming and fun. Cocktails and service were excellent. Disappointed in food in that it was served cold. I saw this same issue mentioned in other reviews but still thought to give it a try. Unfortunately we experienced the same thing. Perhaps they need more help to bring food to table earlier.

    Consistently awesome. Prices are high, but you know what you're getting. Creative sides are a must. And even simple things like the charcuterie platter are wonderful. Had a few of the best cheeses on this visit! Highly recommend.

    The food was delicious I’m excited to come back and try a few other plates! I was lucky and stopped in on a sunny day and was able to enjoy brunch outside it was perfect temperature and I love the atmosphere. We were warned waiter may be a bit slower with the amount of people on the patio and I honestly thing the service was great. Love that they have bottomless mimosas!

    We dined here (party of 7) to celebrate a milestone event, and are so happy that we chose this restaurant. The location is great, with plenty of parking options nearby. Service was outstanding- attentive and accommodating. Our waiter really knew the menu and bar options well, and was able to make excellent cocktail and charcuterie board suggestions. We were all very content with the cocktail selection (I had the Twig and Berries was phenomenal). Cheese board was stellar, and enjoyed by all. I ordered the sea scallops, and they were possibly the best I’ve ever eaten. Several of our family members ordered varying cuts of steak, and all were thoroughly enjoyed. The sides were unique and a great complement to our main entrees. (We ordered mashed potatoes and the corn). Our server agreeably modified the mac and cheese side dish to make for an entree for the youngest member of the family. All in all, a wonderful experience. We’d dine here again in a heartbeat.

    Someone needs to tell the chef to test everything before leaving the kitchen. Our $100 steak was cold as soon as it touched the table. The server was really nice and knowledgeable. The meat was delicious though

    Fairly overpriced for what it is. This is my second time going here, and maybe we just had a different, lesser experience this time, but wouldn't really recommend. The waiter felt very nonchalant and almost more like we were a bother. Felt like he expected us to know enough to not ask questions and when we did ask, he didn't elaborate and left us feeling like "ok, thanks for nothing". Which also left us feeling rushed and inexperienced when ordering, which is odd because I am very familiar with a upscale restaurants. The wine is obviously overpriced. So most people went with cocktails. If you go off menu, they seemed very reasonably priced. Highly recommend the butter pecan old fashioned. It was so good, and perfect for a cool winter night...if you get it neat. The food was good and shareable. My friend had the roasted chicken, but the smoke flavor was a little overpowering, you didn't get the sweet hint you expect in a roasted chicken dish. The ribeye was a little tough. Highly recommend the corn. They were out of the mushrooms, but they sound delicious. Overall, I don't know...just didn't get the warm and fuzzy from this place. If you get the right waiter, ask about the bees, the restaurant has kind of a cool story.
