Afternoon Tea, a decades-long tradition at The Brown Palace, is set amid the historic grandeur of the Atrium Lobby serenaded by a melodic piano. Guests enjoy a pot of properly brewed English tea accompanied by scones served with Devonshire cream and preserves, savory tea sandwiches, and a delightful array of classic tea pastries.

Atrium Cocktails are open Tuesday through Saturday evenings. Sip on classic cocktails, wine, or a refreshing pint with charcuterie and other inventive dishes. Live music by The John Kite Jazz Quartet will complete an unforgettable and lively experience.

Afternoon Tea, a decades-long tradition at The Brown Palace, is set amid the historic grandeur of the Atrium Lobby serenaded by a melodic piano. Guests enjoy a pot of properly brewed English tea accompanied by scones served with Devonshire cream and preserves, savory tea sandwiches, and a delightful array of classic tea pastries.

$10.00 per person for Vegan and / or Gluten- Free. Parties of five or more, please choose a maximum of three teas. Complimentary second plate of sandwiches included. Twenty percent gratuity will be added for parties of five or more. We will not accept more than three credit cards per party, and the check will be split evenly.

Hiwat was the most incredible host to our beautiful, afternoon tea!! The fact that we could get all of our treats gluten-free was amazing and sooo delicious!! Such a wonderful experience!

We arrived early, and the receptionist/hostess was amazing. She was able to accommodate that we arrived a tad early. The atmosphere and beauty of the Brown Palace is always amazing. Tea was fantastic, and the chef was also able to accommodate the fact that my friend was gluten-free. The gluten-free desserts and sandwiches were delicious, and you would have never known they were gluten-free. It was a lovely visit and experience. Thank you. ~Ange

WOW. I have always wanted to go to Hi Tea here and finally was able to - it did not disappoint! From easy valet parking to all the staff to the food and Tea - first rate! Not to mention this beautiful historic hotel was beautiful. We will be back for sure.

I loved everything about Tea Time at Brown’s. We go every year we are visiting in Denver. What an amazing experience. I can’t wait to go again. Scones are delicious, I could just eat a tray of score so amazing experience.

We took our two daughters and two granddaughters for tea. It was a very special day. They brought our granddaughters a cupcake when they found out it was her birthday next week. Good food, good service, elegant ambiance. A day I won’t ever forget.
