We specialize in the Food and Wine of Rome and Southern Italy. Coperta translates to blanket; we want to surround you with comforting food and hospitality during your experience with us. The Mezzogiorno separates from the South from the North of Italy. We take pride in these regions and the history of their food and culture. We offer a full service bar and extensive Wine List of Southern Italian wines. Our decor is charmingly old school with big windows and tile floors. We would love for you to come to see us!

We accept reservations nightly and our bar area is open seating. If you do not see your desired time please give us a call!

    The service was incredibly good. They didn’t interrupt us much but were quick on our needs. Foods were also good. They were a simple as real Italian I had in Rome and Sicily and the texture of pasta was perfect, but they were too salty for us. I’m originally from Japan which uses salts a lot (like soy sauce), but I still felt salty. This was our first visit, so it might be just the timing. Glass wine selection was not plenty, but sufficient and the condition was good.

    Love everything about coperta. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious, service was perfect. One of my favorite spots!!

    I’m enjoyed dinner with my son. We had the Thursday night gnocchi special as an appetizer along with Pino Grigo. Delicious! I loved the eggplant parm with a bowl of spaghetti. He got the cavatelli. Yum! We left room for dessert. Gelato and Vanilla pudding. Can’t wait to go back again. I hear there’s meatball Monday!

    An amazing meal. The asparagus appetizer had a bright and delicious sauce. The olive oil brownie was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. We would have happily paid twice as much.
