   Really outstanding food, flavorful, beautifully presented. Great wine selection. Warm, knowledgeable service. Great ambiance, feels like a neighborhood place and loved the background music (older jazz, blues etc )

   Another stellar Little Italy Evening with my family. The Sunday night vibe was fun and the spring weather just perfect. We started with the mozzarella sticks which are a must! We were also served a little treat of complimentary bruschetta! Thank you. Perfectly crunchy and gooey with a great marinara dipping sauce along with an order of garlic bread. The Cesar salad is perfect and this time around we tried the Chicken Parmesan served with spaghetti, Chicken Marsala and a wonderful Pasta with Roasted Broccoli! Chefs kiss. Ended the evening with two desserts. Fudge Brownie and the Amazing little fried pillows of pastry with lemon curd sauce, we were fighting over who got the last one! Great staff and wonderful overall experience for a family night out.

   Service was great, all of the employees were very kind, but the food was not to my taste at all. Everything was just a little off. Barely any meat in the carbonara. 4 tiny little bacon bits sized pieces. Great short rib, but then everything else on the plate was super sweet? Just seemed like none of the tastes meshed well, might just be my personal preference though

   Great location and the ambience of the restaurant is fantastic. It feels much like a neighborhood restaurant. The service was excellent and very responsive, but not too much where they were intrusive. The staff was very knowledgeable on the menu as well as the wine selection. Highly recommend for a small intimate dinner or for a group.

   Meatball Monday is the way to go. We also had fritters and the short rib. The fritters were okay, ribs very good. Lots of nice flavor in the meatballs though so if we're there on a Monday again, I would order those. I do want to say the night we were there, there was an unhappy diner who wasn't being quiet about it. I think his food took longer than he wanted from the complaining I was hearing.I loved how it was handled. The owner or manager very politely said to him, you don't have to pay for this but I am going to ask you to leave as I can't have you treating my staff like that. Loved that! Way to have the backs of your staff.

   My nephew and I are working through the 2024 James Beard Award-winning restaurant list in Northern Colorado. We recently had an excellent experience grazing our way through Coperta's amazingly authentic Italian/Roman menu and were glad to return with family last night. Though our tastes are diverse, from appetizer to main course Coperta's dishes did not disappoint and neither did the service. Proprietor, Paul Reilly checked our table twice during the meal and took the time to introduce himself as we were saying goodby. Thank you, Coperta. Thank you, Paul. We are certain to return.

   Amazing dinner across the board. We had all the pastas. The signature ragu was a crowd favorite, but there was nothing I wouldn’t want to eat again.

    Great eatery, fairly small menu but no need for lots of options because everything was so dang tasty! Noise level was a bit loud but being a fairly small place hard to avoid. Will certainly go back
