The whole experience was fantastic! The food was excellent...and the service, gold star! I can’t wait to go back for brunch. I especially loved the ambiance. It was warm and cozy, and just perfect for our New Year celebration. 😊👍💖
This place is a neighborhood gem...service, food & ambience always on point....hope the new changes coming soon are just as good!!
Food was delicious!
Many gluten free options, which my wife appreciated! The GF options were executed spectacularly by the chef and were delicious. I had the Coq au vin, was has received rave reviews for years however I found it to be too salty. Service was spot on. Overall very good - I would dine here again.
Outstanding on every level!
What a wonderful experience. Every item we chose was amazing. Service was attentive and knowledgeable.
I would certainly recommend Cafe Marmotte! A worthy successor to Mizuna and Bistro Georgette!
New management truly are pros in fine dining. One of the best experiences around - they are entirely tuned in to guests
The food is very good--more "contemporary" French. We were glad to hear that with the plan to become from Italian focused, there will be a touch of France as well.
Best steakfrites ever!!
Everything was lovely.
Amazing experience! We’ve recently eaten at Morin and Le Bilboquet. I would say the food at Cafe Marmotte is on par with Le Bilboquet and far better than Morin. Cozy atmosphere. Excellent service. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.
Love a small restaurant where the owners are actively greeting patrons. The food was outstanding with generous portions even though a bit pricey.
Best of luck to them in their new endeavor!
Went for Sunday brunch with friends. Parking is extremely limited. The dining space is small but nice and not overcrowded. The lady who greeted us (I didn't catch her name) and Shane were professional and friendly. A bit expensive for waffles, eggs, and potatoes but, everything was really delicious. My friends and I loved it!
Wow, what a great place! Excellent food, among the best in Denver, great small-shop feel, excellent and accommodating service, and reasonably priced!
Best meal I have had in Denver!
We love Cafe Marmotte for brunch.
The food is delicious and the service is great.
Everything was wonderful, just like a few weeks ago!
New owners are excellent 👍. Good is perfect.
We had a group outing for 8 and all raved about the food and the service. I had the Coq au Vin, which was excellent. Our wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. The space itself is cozy. I could see how parking might be an issue.
We are so pleased that Café Marmotte has opened under new ownership and management. We have now eaten there twice since the new crew took over and have been pleased with every aspect of the experience. It is so nice to see this former Mizuna crew back in the game of fine dining.
We enjoyed our brunch very much. Portions were large and the food was excellent. The creamy french onion soup was quite unique and enjoyed it very much. Sorry to hear they will be changing their menu to Italian. Hard to find good French in Denver.
We went for brunch which was delicious. Loved the crossaints to start with the homemade jam. Service is spot on. Great pop up.
Best food we’ve had in Denver!
the whole evening was wonderful, even despite the need to send back my steak frite for a better cut of meat. The service was spot on, very observant yet not instrusive. i can't stop raving about Lauren's Lettuces and my husband loved the steak tartare appetizer. def go before it changes to italian (or better yet, convince the chef/owners NOT to switch away from their yummy french food!)
Lauren’s Lettuces and spaghetti with lobster and black truffles were incredible! Tarte Tatin not quite so much. We will definitely be back, and also look forward to the emergence of a new Italian restaurant!
Everything was executed great! Food was tasty and aesthetically pleasing. Service was excellent without being intrusive. Overall, what you would expect from this team!
Service was top-notch. Food was well prepared. Lobster pasta dish was very tasty. Striped bass portion size was smaller than expected given the price and the sauce could have been more flavorful.
We took some out of town friends to dinner. Everything was excellent. Food was divine as always. Worried about the change to an Italian focus! Hopefully it retains its standard!
Very happy for the crew to have their own place again. Ty, Austin, Kayla, and Heather are the best. Cocktails were so wonderful, the mussels were fantastic, and the St-Michael-Eppan "Schulthauser" Pinot Bianco went very well with the sole and the lobster spaghetti...we will be coming back again and again.
The food was innovative and very good. Some of the plates were totally different that in other restaurants, but the taste was outstanding.
The new owners and chef are knocking it out of the park!
Really delicious food. Great experience all around
We were disappointed by our last visit. Food quality was uneven and over priced.
It’s pricy. But it’s really really good. I ate the lobster spaghetti. The apple salad and the muscles. All of it was excellent.
Fabulous Sunday brunch! The selection is good, service is good, ambiance is great! You will enjoy this intimate French restaurant.
Great food, friendly staff, and an intimate setting. Highly recommended.
this is my GO TO place whenever i want a lovely ambience, non intrusive servers and peace. i hope that the menu expands to where it was several months ago.
Fish was perfect; pasta VERY salty; lovely salads. New menu is good. Sorry to see Marmotte head to Italy--there are so many Italian restaurants; but will give it a try.
Great service. Food mostly very positive. Mine just average Not much you can do with close neighbors, one of whom had a foghorn for a voice.
Excellent; delightful experience and delicious food, including the "recipe-testing" focaccia we got to try. When in Denver again, we'll be here. Thank you.
