Dining at Valette is nothing short of exceptional—a wonderful blend of culinary artistry, attentive service, and a welcoming, elegant atmosphere. The location is easy to find - right off the Healdsburg Square. Each dish is a thoughtful celebration of Sonoma’s seasonal bounty, crafted with precision and imagination. From the steak to the tuna tartare to the jam and bread dessert - truly fantastic! Equally impressive is the service: warm, knowledgeable, and gracious. In short, Valette is everything you want in a restaurant: exceptional food, excellent service, and a space that makes you want to linger. It’s a true gem in the heart of wine country, and well worth the visit.

Frank is a terrific waiter and when asked about menu, gave us “tasteful” advice! Delightful! A wonderful delishes and relaxing lunch, on a beautiful and sunny afternoon! Love this spot and venue!

Patio dining is great if you are careful with seating choice Some tables are on the street with lots of foot traffic, one table is directly behind the busing station with clattering plates and silverware. Yet another table adjoins the pass through traffic to the outdoor restrooms and the pass through alley way to the main street. If you get a good table you are doing great. I am not a fan of dining with confused and unhappy dogs so if we return we will do inside seating. Food was good, service excellent

Never been to Francis Ford Coppola Winery and was in awe of the beautiful winery! It’s the most beautiful winery we’ve seen with the stunning views, cool movie posters/memorabilia, wine tasting, pool area/bocce and pretty restaurant. Got there early to walk around the winery prior to dining at Rustic. Sat outdoors so we could have the views…Fritto misto was tasty, bone in pork chop with the mashed potatoes/peas was tender and a nice grill to it, and the linguini and clams was just ok…clams were good but the pasta was not hot and could have been more flavorful. Overall, was a great visit and will be back to hopefully do a tour.
