Our chef's use only the freshest seasonal ingredients to prepare dishes with respect to their flavors, appearance and aroma. The menu is sophisticated but approachable, expressing the sense of hearth and home that defines the Tuscan style of life. Forno Bistro's rustic, Tuscan-style food is hearty and unpretentious with sophisticated flavors rooted in tradition and always open to new interpretations and adaptations. Many of our dishes are greatly influenced by the use of the wood-fired oven: homemade pizzas, sautéed calamari, and wood-fired towers of vegetables. The oven is always the inspiration.Morton's The Steakhouse - Saratoga Springs

- AAnnNew York City •15 reviews4.0Dined 7 days agoSalt and Char is just lovely, and was a perfect setting for our birthday celebration. The menu is beautiful and varied. The star of the evening was the carpaccio - a sophisticated presentation and the beef was truly exquisite. The steaks were OK, but next time we will try the tenderloin. The sea bass was simply and perfectly done. The Service was attentive and fantastic. The prices are a little outlandish (high end NYC type) for the beef and the sides. Crazy when even the butter is six dollars. 😏More infoSalt & CharPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Saratoga Springs•4.5
