Catskill Restaurants

From start to finish, it was one of the most memorable dining experiences. Greg, our server was top notch. Daniel, the manager, made sure everything ran smoothly. Kathleen, the bartender was an expert at her craft. The chef’s creations were sublime. The only knock is that there was a lone diner who decided that it was an appropriate place to enjoy her experience there while on speaker phone the entire time. But that’s on the guest, not the restaurant. This place is worth the visit from wherever you are.

Great old fashioned. Carlos the waiter was excellent. Both appetizers one a special and the menu item were delicious. Gnocchi and eggplant were amazing, my wife says eggplant best anywhere. Cannoli for dessert was great too. Had an excellent time once again at this establishment.

Appetizers were fantastic. We had the carrots, the cabbage, the snail soufflé and the bread. Everything was carefully prepared and well spiced. Got the chicken livers, gnocchi and pork chop as main, but were too full from the appetizers to finish everything. Very generous portions. Bravo!

Always wonderful to have a meal at the CIA. The students work very hard to create an enjoyable experience. Food and presentation were excellent. I gave only 4 stars because my plate arrived cold. It happens. 😊 Highly recommend eating at any of the campus restaurants! Hope to be back soon.
