Every detail - from the atmosphere to the flavors - exceeded our expectations. The cilantro sour was an absolute standout; truly one of the best cocktails we’ve had in a long time. A huge shoutout to Sylvia, who was the perfect guide for our experience. Her knowledge, warmth, and attentiveness made the evening even more special. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of exceptional service and high-quality food and drinks, but this place delivered on every level. As a group that has dined at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, we were genuinely impressed by the creativity, execution, and attention to detail in every aspect of our meal. The fact that we stumbled upon this place by chance makes it even more remarkable. An absolute hidden gem - highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!More infoPalette 22 - Union MarketPrice: Moderate• Tapas / Small Plates• NoMa•4.8
