- AAshleySacramento / Sacramento Valley •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI love this restaurant. The food is amazing. The decor is really fun. The first time I came here. We had a really incredible But the second time our service left a little something to be desired. We sat at the table for maybe 30 minutes before someone even brought our check by the end of the meal. I know they’re new and working out some kinks, but that’s something that I would share Back.More infoMia Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• American• Roseville•4.4

Discover Loomis
With historical roots along Highway 40, Loomis, California, is where people pride themselves on the use of organic, fresh ingredients in a diverse food scene where farm-to-table is huge. Seared king salmon served with roasted cherry tomatoes, arugula, romesco, and tempura squash blossoms is just one example of the dishes available in casual dining establishments across the city. Upscale California foods like Caprese salad, Wagyu Beef, pesto polenta, and fire-roasted octopus await those who enjoy sampling local fare. For something a little more exotic, Chinese Mongolian baby back ribs in a plum sauce with pepper is more along the lines of an excellent meal. You may also find that modern European cuisine, like whole blackened prawns served with beignets and a glass of wine, is in order.
