The owner was very kind and made sure everything was good. The salmon carpaccio, tuna pizza and nigiri were all excellent! We will definitely be back! We celebrate nearly all our life milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, etc) at Chef’s, and we go to Tasting Room 2-3 nights a week. Best craft cocktails around, best food, best service. Impeccable customer service. I have never had one single experience that was less than perfect. Shout out to all the staff, but especially Eric, Kat, Matt, Livio, and JJ. We love you all.
