Delicious food and very attentive service. We will definitely return!

We happened to be walking by the outdoor seating area of Prairie Fire and noticed the festive lights and the many happy diners. We made the effort to find out the name of the restaurant and decided to make reservations for the following Sunday afternoon. While we had hoped to eat outside, it was a just bit too cool, so we opted for an indoor table where we started with the Hemingway Daiquiri that was smooth, strongly flavored with rum that blended very well with grapefruit and maraschino. It was both subtle and bold, and very satisfying. But what I enjoyed most at Prairie Fire was the wood-fired half-chicken with maple glaze. While it sounds simple, it was truly so outstanding that I told my husband it was the best chicken I'd every had! It was moist, juicy with the co-mingling of smoky wood and delicate maple flavoring that crisped the skin and made each bite delectable.

Gets really hot inside but great pizza for a great price

Went for lunch with a colleague. Tasty lunch. Lovely waitress. Quite lunch time location. Would recommend.
