Barbecue | St. Charles, West County

Best ribs I've ever had in a restaurant, and I'm a native Texan, so it pains me to say that. The brisket was moist and tender and did not need sauce (means it was done right!) and the sausage had a nice kick to it. The mac and cheese almost brought tears to my eyes it was so good, the green beans seasoned and cooked just right, and the sweet potato casserole was dessert-worthy. Our server was friendly, fun, and and attentive. Portions were generous, food served quickly and at the proper temperature. It was damp and cold when we were there but the deck out back looked like it would be a great place to sit in better weather. The ladies' room was clean and easy to get in and out of. I have a list of restaurants to visit when I'm in the STL area, and now Hendricks BBQ is on it! More
