It always takes so long to get order in. Once you get it Brunch is really good.
Great food. Excellent wine. Service was good, but not super attentive.
When we decided on a luncheon meeting our guest, a financial counselor, suggested "our favorite place." He had more than twice as far to drive as the 11 miles we traversed. Our meeting lasted 2.5 hours in a peaceful, quiet corner during a busy time, but our server, Andy was friendly and attentive. Of course we enjoyed delicious food--Greek salads and those huge, delicious lamb sirloin sandwiches for the men; for me, the roasted butternut squash salad with pumpernickel croutons, topped with salmon, slightly overcooked but nonetheless a great choice (in response to my question, Andy said I might try a portion of lamb as topping another time!)--and a good (but not great) bottle of wine that we chose from the Wednesday Wine Specials list. We'll be back, perhaps bringing our extended family, soon, for another round of Prasino's brunch, a perfect followup for a soccer game (win or lose) at SLYSA, because Prasino's is always a win! Thank you!
The food was great. The place was super busy and very noisy. That was probably the biggest drawback - the noise level was a bit intense.
The service was good. A little rough to keep track since there were two or three servers but a fun place with great food
Lots of fun for a big group. Super service, and exciting choices!
Lobster avocado was amazing! The Detox is one of my favorite drinks and never disappoints. Our kids love the ambiance and food too!
This was my first visit and I dined for dinner. I ordered the shaved steak, white cheadder and sweet onion on ciabatta bread and choose the roasted potatoes as a side ( included with meal). The steak was tender and tasty,on a lightly soft grilled bun. The roasted potatoes came lightly seasoned, but needed a shake of salt. Everything was served in something small and quaint... salt n pepper shaker, my coffee more like a cappuccino cup along with my water, served in a nice mini earth green glass, matching the water bottle. My waitress knew her menu and was quite pleasant, but this older waiter asked if my friend wanted their plate to be taken away ;but since she needed sugar for her tea and we weren't his table the demeanor changed;and that sugar was served quickly and hard. Overall, I enjoyed my food and the ambience and will definitely return.
Nick was a great waiter. Food was delicious, strawberry mimosas were to die for!
I really enjoyed my meal. Banana Pecan Pancakes they were huge and delicious! YUM
Food was excellent...our server Megan was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely dine at Prasino's in the future. Very impressed...
My salmon and my friends steak, were both over cooked. The waitress wasn’t attentive enough for us to make staff aware. Another server eventually passed by and i was able to get sweetener for my tea
awesome place...great vibe, architectural experience & attention to detail, lighting/light fixtures are really cool, superb service, creative menu with many gluten free options
We had a great time celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing—as always. Thanks for another great date!
Good selection from a somewhat eclectic menu. Variety is good as is execution. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Will return to try several menu items that sounds interesting.
Food was superb as always. Only complaint was it took the server a long time to come to our table and we weren’t given drink menu right away.
Great as always. Service was terrific. We ate our favorites - turkey burger with truffle fries, sushi, and molten chocolate cake with ice cream. Will certainly return.
We love the food here. The noise level is really high so difficult to talk. That would be my only criticism.
Prasino is a very popular spot. However, I found everything mediocre. My steak was just ok. Service was a tag team between 2 servers, and while adequate, was not extraordinary in any way. Acoustics is terrible. Don’t try to carry on a conversation.
Food was great, service was excellent! They had us at a smaller table, but kindly moved us to a better sized one.
So begins my first truly negative review of any establishment to date on this forum. I made a reservation noting this was a mother's birthday lunch and dropped off said mother and children to park in the nearby garage. When I arrived there was no host and what appeared to be a guest in a discussion with a member of management. Both of them saw me but did not acknowledge me. It turns out the guest was actually the hostess. My small daughter saw me after about five minutes and showed me to our table. This usually would not concern me but the restaurant was not busy and had I been seated I could have confirmed the nature of our visit.
Service was prompt and professional but not friendly or personable. I believe the food and wine selection is sourced and prepared exactly as advertised but there are not many healthy options to choose from. This may be` fresh and local, but it is heavy weight comfort as well. The bar is well stocked but unable to mix frozen or blended drinks. The wine selection is somewhat repetitious but is geared more toward sustainability than amateur oenophiles.
Nothing was mentioned about the birthday. If the restaurant does not have any facility for celebrations that's fine, but had I been able to discuss that with someone before being seated by daughter I wouldn't be disappointed. I did not want to ask the server right in front of the celebrant and never felt enough warmth to be conformable approaching him anyway.
The dining area is very attractive but noisy even with a small crowd. I dislike the term pretentious when it comes to dining out but that is exactly my experience. The lack of attentiveness at the beginning of my visit combined with the pricing and menu we not impressive and don't encourage me to return even though my party raved about the food.
Consistently good food and service. I'm a regular visitor since they opened 5+ years ago.
Great food, a bit noisy.
Just a little bit noisy, but it's a large restaurant and we went before 8pm on a Saturday, so not a huge negative. The food was incredible, the staff was awesome, and food and drink came extremely quickly. My wife and I will definitely be back.
The food was excellent and the service was great but so loud we couldn’t hear the people across the table from us! Still, we’ll recommend it?!
Top shelf.. excellent that's all I have to say about that..
My friend from Boston and her cousin from Seattle came to stay with me. They both said it was the best food in their trip.
my friend & i dine at prasino's almost weekly (for about a year now) and just love it. we rarely go on Sun during prime brunch hours (best to have a reservation during that time frame) because it can get a little loud and, as you'd expect, service slows down. not in a bad way, just in a Sun morning brunch sorta way. EVERYthing i've ever tried is great and we have truly never had an 'off' meal. kudos to whoever is in their kitchen. my friend had this amazing lobster omelette that chock full of lobster. i mean, even i could tell there was lobster in every bite. just a great place to meet and eat.
Prasino’s has consistently great food and service. The sushi is our favorite!! Soooo good! The noise level is “loud”, but after 8:30 , it dies down. This is a go-to , wonderful night out!
Took my wife and 3 daughters to celebrate our 25th anniversary at our fave place - with our fave waitress Megan! Great time and love being there!
Food is always fantastic but it can get very loud so acoustics is not great.
Food was great. Service was very good but the overall noise level restricted conversation across the table
This a great place to find healthy tasty foods.
Didn’t start great-extremely noisy for upscale restaurant and waited about 4 minutes to be greeted by server. Food was fantastic across the board and the service, once it started, was good. Wine list is good, but a little pricey. Overall a good experience, but could be improved with some sound deadening technology and a bit more organization between hostess and servers.
We visited Prasino for the first time, dinner before a concert at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre. Food was great, delicious and unusual. Service was great. The waiter knew very well how to be attentive but not obtrusive. We were really looking forward to the concert, but Prasino turned out to be the highlight of the evening.
I have always enjoyed my dining experience at Prasino. The staff is very responsive and just overall friendly and personable. My friend and I were there to celebrate his well deserved promotion and it is one of his favorite spots to dine as well. The menu appeared to provide more seafood options than previously, which was a big plus for me. I will always continue to dine at Prasino.
Waitress was excellent and professional. Menue could have been the same at Applebee's. Food was pricey. Our food was down to room temperature when it was finally servered. Two of the people I dined with got food poisening.
Service was superb, some dishes were superb, some were a little bland and can use a pop of flavor. All in all, nice vibe and pleasant experience.
Plain food with way to much greezzzy sauce
Not a fan of the bar, won’t sit in there again.
We always love coming to Prasino’s. Food and drinks are always fantastic!
