My last visit was very pleasant. Our server, Josh, was very polite and attentive. I had not ordered a turkey burger in quite a while and thoroughly enjoyed my entire meal.

Came in for a girls breakfast. All of us loved our meals and drinks. Delicious eggs Benedict and spins on traditional cuisine. Beautiful atmosphere and quite busy. Make sure to reserve seats.

The food was good. The service was good and quick for a Saturday night. Serving size for $30 of seafood stew was way too small. The menu listed cabbage as an ingredient but it was hard to find. I ended up eating part of my wife's entree so I wouldn't leave hungry. Dining room was louder than the bar. Made it difficult to talk across a 2 person table where we were seated.

Eaten here many times, service was the worst ever. It was 15 minutes before we were greeted by the server. No apology. Refills were from another server. Disappointed.

Food was delicious. We enjoyed the hummus. The truffle potatoes are must! Burger was prepared well and the chicken tacos were yummy. It’s a little loud but the ambiance makes it worth it. Our waiter was kind and fairly efficient. I ordered a Moscow Mule and he offered for me to try their fruitier house mule, but couldn’t really tell what was in it. Just found it strange to offer a drink you don’t fully understand...

Great food. Consistently great service. My only concern is that some of the tables are very close to each other, so privacy is hindered. This is a nice place for meeting up with friends for a great dinner.

Consistently one of my favorite restaurants! The food is phenomenal. I got the scallop special - the veggies with it were amazing. My husband got the hanger steak which he really liked (I tried it but I don’t like bleu cheese so it wasn’t for me). We had the carrot cake dish for dessert which was unique and delicious! We also brought our three year old with us. It’s not really a “family” restaurant but our kids typically behave well. They have one of the best kids menus of any restaurant I’ve been to.

The 1/2 chicken was terrible it was rubbery sent it back and ordered the filet medium, it was served medium rare more on the rare side, I ate the more cooked part and took the rest home and cooked it more. The food is overpriced the service is okay the resturant was cold I had to wear my coat while eating.

Another nice evening at Prasino. We both had specials, Mahi Mahi and short ribs. Both very good. Always quality and fresh food here. Chocolate lava cake is a must.

The portions were small for the price tag. The stuffed French toast should have another piece for that price and the fish tacos had very small amounts of fish.

The four of us had a lovely meal on a busy Friday night. The featured drink was very good. We had the beet salad and the house salad. Both were delicious, as were the entrees. The pork tenderloin was tender and flavourful. There was just a touch of heat in the jalepeno corn bread. The fish tacos were fresh and tasty. We would definitely come here again!

I think Prasino is the best restaurant in St. Charles. The food is fresh and tasty. Menu selections are interesting, with a nice variety. It's a little too loud for me to enjoy conversation at dinner; it's quieter for lunch.

Overall, this is a GREAT Restaraunt!
I would return to, or recommend this place to anyone. It really is good. We got sub standard service from a middle aged guy who was clearly struggling to keep pace with the busy evening. My entrée wasn't good. It was a St. Patrick's Day Special. I think I may have just got a single bad plate. The Manager comp'd what I thought was the bad plate so I have no hard feelings. To be fair, it was Saturday night and St. Patrick's Day.

My girlfriend and I went here on a Saturday night date night.
Cool décor, nice welcoming space - Excellent
We were greeted and seated immediately with our reservation. - Excellent
We were seated by the restroom - OK, not my favorite, but someone has to sit there
We did get a booth as requested in the reservation - Excellent

It took at least 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and take our drinks order (iced tea, white wine, water with lemon). Eventually, the Maître de noticed us and asked if we needed drinks and brought us water - Very Poor initial service

It took at least another 10 minutes (20-25 total by now) to get our drinks. Server forgot the lemon. another 10 minutes later, we got the lemon - Poor Service Overall.

We ordered the Dragon Shrimp sushi ($20) - OUTSTANDING!!!
Flat Bread Pizza - Excellent (under $20)

Corned Prime Rib (medium) ($38) - Very Poor, I don't know what happened here.
When the corned prime rib arrived, it was charred black on about 1/3 of the surface. It was in a bbq sauce type glaze with undercooked and unseasoned new potatoes and soda bread. The meat looked like an overcooked pork steak. The meat tasted like an overcooked porksteak. It was tough, overcooked, and had nothing in common to Prime Rib. After finding all the rest of the food excellent, I was really disappointed with the corned prime rib..

We had a special dinner with friends visiting from Dallas and Chicago and we wanted to take them to one of our favorite restaurants.
We were treated like special guests by Brian the manager and Megan our waitress. Everyone enjoyed their meals very much. Everything arrived very hot, from appetizers provided by Brian to the main courses.
Megan provided great service explaining the specials for the evening as well other menu items and stopped by often checking up on our table.
Prasino also has an extensive wine menu with a very good variety of reds and whites of which Brian is an expert in assisting in finding a perfect wind to pair with a meal or just having alone.
I highly recommend having a meal at Prasino as a couple or a group in the restaurant or even at the bar. The bartenders are also very friendly and make a great drink.

We has relatives in from Dallas and a 12 year old birthday. She got to go into the kitchen and make her own dessert with Executive Pastry Chef Andrew Hoormann. What an awesome experience for her since she is interested in culinary school. #prasino

It was wonderful! The food was great and the service was even better. I ordered a side that I didn’t care for, and didn’t eat all of. The waiter noticed and took it off our bill. Great place! I will definitely return.
