Bones went out of their way to make the evening special and exceptionally pleasurable for ourselves and our guests. The service and the food were wonderful as always.

We had a lovely lunch to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious. Portion size a little small. I ordered a cider and was surprised just to receive a wine glass serving rather than a bottle. The food was pricey for what we got, but eating out now in DC just seems expensive all round. A nice touch was a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to celebrate our anniversary.

We accept reservations for dinner on a rolling 30 day basis. Reservations can be made for parties up to 6 guests for bistro dining. Our private dining room can be reserved for large parties (7-16 guests) by contacting our event coordinator at events@chezbillysud.com. For general inquiries, please contact us at info@chezbillysud.com.

Depending on the weather, our patio is available on a first-come basis. Please check with your host upon arrival for patio seating.

Our Bar à Vin (located right next door) is open for dinner and drinks 7 days a week and requires no reservations.

We had a lovely lunch to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious. Portion size a little small. I ordered a cider and was surprised just to receive a wine glass serving rather than a bottle. The food was pricey for what we got, but eating out now in DC just seems expensive all round. A nice touch was a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to celebrate our anniversary.

We had a delicious and memorable meal last night. This was our special dinner out to celebrate our anniversary and they seated us at the chef’s counter with a view of the kitchen, which I loved! Our server was attentive and kind, answering our questions and the hostess was very understanding when we had a train delay and I reached out to hopefully still use our reservation. Every dish was unique and I think my favorites were the roasted asparagus, the sauce was incredible. The smoke roasted chicken with grapefruit and tzatziki was also a highlight. We debated what to order for dessert, because we watched all the desserts being plated and it was hard to choose but we loved the peanut butter and chocolate, the passion fruit honey made it so special. I’m thankful for the delicious meal and the special night we enjoyed: thanks to the staff.

From the moment we walked in the door, our experience at Majorelle was tres magnifique! Friendly, efficient and unobtrusive staff with a reserved sense of humor, exquisite food, great wine (and sommelier advice spot on), attention to all details, that marvelous French way of just letting you take your time and enjoy everything. Very pricey, I mean very, but worth every centime! The doorman strode up to the next block to hail a cab to take us back to our hotel, just excellent service.

Nestled in the canyons of Bel Air, SHU is a dining experience like no other - a fusion of Japanese, Italian and Latin flavors and influences. The menu features traditional dishes as well as signature offerings, inspired by Giacomino Drago’s love of blending Japanese, Italian and Latin cuisines. SHU’s environment is well-suited to singles, couples and families. The bar seats up to ten people and there is a special booth that seats six people. Private dinning room is available to accommodate up to 12 guests. Signature dishes included halibut carpaccio with sun-dried tomato, Kobe Beef sashimi and albacore sashimi with shaved truffles.

We enjoyed a phenomenal dinner at The Table at Season to Taste, trying the Chef's Kitchen Counter tasting menu for the first time. It was a beautifully curated array of dishes, which we enjoyed with delicious wine pairings. The chef, Robert Harris, was warm and welcoming, describing the preparation and key ingredients for each dish, and spotlighting local ingredients that The Table attentively sources. It was really neat to have a front row seat to the team, as they carefully crafted each dish. The staff were especially attentive to food allergies and provided excellent alternatives that fit in harmoniously with the tasting menu. Each dish was beautifully executed, offering inventive reimaginings of the familiar, and fresh new dishes that made local ingredients sing. Highly recommend a visit for an exceptional dining experience.
