We chose Auberge du Soleil for our New Year day Brunch. We were so lucky because the weather was beautiful on New Year day which was perfect for outdoor setting. This is our second time to this restaurant. We were very impressed the first time so we wanted to come back. The Brunch is fixed 3 courses menu including sparkling wine, Mimosa. Auberge du Soleil Rose. It also comes with complimentary bread and muffin which is very good. We had Shrimp salad, Gnocchi, Tuna, Omelet. For desserts, we had Apple tart and trio fruit sorbets. My favorite part was the dessert. They were so delicious. My husband loved Shrimp salad and Tuna. Tuna cooked perfect. The day was sunshine so we had great view. After meal, we also asked to have self walking tour at their sculpture garden. It was good to have some walk after Brunch and was interesting to see different sculptures if you do not mind to walk some stairs. The service was excellent. All people we contacted were very warm and friendly. I forgot my camera and got back immediately. The hotel front desk was happy to get us a key for garden tour. They have valet service on site for parking. Overall, we had a perfect day on the first day of 2023!

Great food and great service! Ask for Roland to be your waiter as he is very professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. The short ribs and snapper were excellent. The crabcake is delicious but small considering it’s price but I highly recommend trying one. Everyone was great from the valet to the servers.

Beautiful, comfortable dining room and not too noisy. I had the Scottish salmon and it was fantastic. My partner had the roast chicken, and that was very good, too. Excellent wines, although it would be nice if there were more than one chardonnay on the menu (and if one was priced less than $19 a glass). I had the Cotes du Rhone, and it was delicious with the beurre rouge salmon. Chez Billy lived up to its reputation, and I look forward to returning for dinner after their renovation is complete.

Absolutely amazing service and attention to detail. Every single thing about this dinner was amazing! Our server Molly was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive but not overwhelming, and offered great suggestions. The dinner was spaced out perfectly. It never felt rushed and we never were wondering when the next course was coming out next. Finally, the food was absolutely amazing. No detail is left unnoticed. We loved every single one our dishes. Our server even brought out a complementary dessert for our anniversary. Highly recommend!!

First things first, the staff here are amazing. They were accommodating beyond reasonable expectations and were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had four entrees and enjoyed Moroccan chicken, roast pork, and vegetarian pasta were amazing. Desserts were all amazing. Minor disappointment. I had shared that this was a birthday meal for my wife. Usually, in other restaurants, the birthday guest’s dessert is typically complimentary. This apparently is not Terzo’s policy.
