The menu was quite limited this time. Normally, there are a few more options at Ernest's, perhaps that is because the students are done with their classes already. It was a wonderful experience, and the family that I brought for lunch also really enjoyed their meals. We will definitely be back soon!

Out server Heather was charming and knowledgeable. Teriyaki was perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection. The broccolini was tautly with a hint of lemon; very tasty. Filet was tender with skewer of shrimps: excellent. Tuna Tartare is still our favorite. We tried the crab cake: scrumptious... No dessert: too full. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We went to this amazing restaurant for my wife’s birthday. Everything was perfect. The restaurant was not busy at all when we arrived and our server ( Kate) was incredible. We had everything we needed and it was very very good. Kate brought my wife an amazing birthday dessert which ended the perfect meal. Thank you Kate, for a great evening out. 😊. PS. The million dollar view of the mountains from our table was like out of a movie. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent meal at Halo while traveling in Edmonton. From the special of the day tacos and margaritas to a best in class reuben sandwich, everything was well prepared and presented and far superior to typical bar/comfort food. A shout out to the attentive service by Erika and the host who saw that our water glasses were always filled. This isn’t a fine dining/night out kind of place but it is one of the best weeknight out places with a lot on the menu options done very well.
