The new menu under the new chef was amazing! The smoked scallops were tender and flavorful and made a great accompaniment to the ravioli. The king salmon was cooked perfectly. The presentation of each dish took the experience to the next level. We have enjoyed Tavern on Kruse for many years and it continues to impress us with expertly prepared food focusing on what is local and in season. The small menu allows for flexibility during the changing seasons. The service is exceptional - Emily and Annie are outstanding and always have great suggestions.

Our executive chef, Nathan Bates, spent four and half years at the Michelin 3-Star "Fifth Floor" in San Francisco. The new menu under the new chef was amazing! The smoked scallops were tender and flavorful and made a great accompaniment to the ravioli. The king salmon was cooked perfectly. The presentation of each dish took the experience to the next level. We have enjoyed Tavern on Kruse for many years and it continues to impress us with expertly prepared food focusing on what is local and in season. The small menu allows for flexibility during the changing seasons. The service is exceptional - Emily and Annie are outstanding and always have great suggestions.

Each morning we were met with a friendly greeting from Blair who took care of seating us. We had several servers at Urban Farmer during our stay, but our favorite was Audry. She provided us with exceptional service and she has an amazing personality to boot! Audry always went above and beyond, anticipating our needs, to ensure we enjoyed our experience. We so enjoyed seeing her and chatting with her each day. Talking with Audry was like talking with family. It was always so warm and casual. We will never forget her. Thank you Audry!! You are a gem. We also had the pleasure of meeting Poe, one of the managers at Urban Farmer. Poe was very warm and friendly, always taking a moment to come and greet us whenever he saw us at the restaurant. Poe even gave us recommendations on where to bike ride and shop in the area; he went above and beyond in his service to us. On top of having a great personality, Poe is also very stylish!
