When dining at Collage, be prepared for a first-class, award-winning experience. The menu reflects the
eclectic tastes of owners Mike Hyatt and Cindy Stangby and focuses on fresh local seafood, steaks, lamb,
and veal, using international flavor profiles. Located just a block off of St. George Street in the heart of the historic district, Collage serves dinner nightly from 5:00 p.m.

Unfortunately, we do not accept parties of 5+ online. Please note we are just a small 15 table restaurant. Thank you for your understanding. Please reach out with any questions.

We will no longer accept Credit Card Gift Cards as payment due to the fact that the issuing bank will not allow us to adjust applied gratuity at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

****Salt requires a credit card to secure all reservations. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows or cancellations less than 2 days in advance will be subject to a charge of $75 per person. Changes to the guest count made less than 2 days in advance will be subject to a charge of $25 per person.

Management was very attentive and the restaurant was kind enough to mark our anniversary celebration with a beautiful, personalized card and chocolates. The view of the beach from the restaurant is beautiful.

Treated. Like you are the only patrons The food was excellent cooked to perfection the steak was amazing as well as bread and sides you cannot go wrong we had dinner here many times never disappointed . The restaurant and staff are excellent and extremely friendly. So if you are celebrating a special event or just a lovely dinner out totally recommend this restaurant .
