The hefty contraption extracts juices from the bird which is served three ways: liver atop morels and sweetbreads, slivers of duck breast in that infamous pressed sauce with pommes soufflées, and confit duck leg with foie gras and black truffle (due to avian flu, pigeon à la presse is on offer instead). Other examples of Gallic gastronomy can be found on the a la carte menu, such as lobster soufflé with Oscietra caviar and lobster bisque. We had such an amazing time, service was impeccable, food was all fresh, fun and tasty. When the server found out it was my birthday he even came out with a special birthday brownie for me. I booked this months ago, and it was so easy, friendly and well worth the price. Coming from Canada for the first time this made our experience that much better, I can’t recommend this enough!!!!
