I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place. Not for breakfast, at least. My wife and I had the American breakfast and it was nothing to write home about. At the end of the day, I know that there's not much you can do with bacon, eggs, potatoes, and toast but for the price, it just wasn't worth it.

Unlike any tempura you've had elsewhere. If you're a fan of this dish, this is the place to go. The coating is lacy and barely covers the food. And so crunchy. The place to sit is at the bar as the chef hands it over to you the instant it's done so it loses none of its texture. The chef has found ways to even make uni tempura and mozzarella cheese tempura! It's a lot of money here. We ordered the Kiyomizu menu (the middle priced one) and were very stuffed. This is a special occasion restaurant for someone who adores tempura.

Food was incredible! Perfect place for a cute dinner with friends or a date night. Drinks were good and definitely strong, but no complaints on that. Service was good, our server lagged a bit at the end but the majority of the time he was quick and helpful. Will definitely be back!

A truly exceptional culinary experience, we were there to enjoy sharing some entrees in a group of three. Both fish dishes were surprising and fantastic. The mushroom tart and the beef short ribs had amazing flavors in the sauces with the food itself cooked to perfection. We finished with the Duck Cassoulet—wow! A very nice restaurant to try out some famous desi dishes with a twist. However, there are not many vegetarian options. As a vegetarian I recommend Paneer Tikka, Paneer Kadhai (upon request, in the menu as Chicken Kadhai) and Dal Bukhara. The Dal Bukhara was very authentic and the Paneer Kadhai was just different and lovely. The service at the restaurant is amazing (kudos to Hadi), very polite, sweet, accommodating and quick. Do try the Chai Cutting to tie the bow on the amazing meal that you will have here.

Outstanding selection of unique foods. Reasonably price for what you get. Many different appetizers on the menu but the goat cheese and figs on brioche bread drizzled with honey and hamon was amazing. We will definitely be back to try some of the other appetizers. Highly recommend this place.
