Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all. Please arrive on time, we will hold the table for 15 minutes.We are closed on Sunday and Monday during end-March and April. We are answering our phone during business hours at 2 pm.The restaurant will close for the off-season April 20 till May 21, reopen on Thursday, April 22, 2025.Thank you for joining us for a wonderful dinner.

    Restaurant opens up to the outdoors and a lovely umbrella deck with summer flowers. Great menu with apps, light bites, summer salads, as well as dinner menu with an outstanding wine list (of course!) DO NOT miss the carrots cake for desert. You will never have had one like it!

    We were celebrating our anniversary. They started to seat us in a small, crowded, and noisy area. When we asked for a quieter area, they led us to another room where we had been seated on previous visits. We had great service and excellent meals: duck and trout. Portions were generous and sides served more than one. Our desserts were excellent. I appreciated that our waitress made menu suggestions to avoid my food allergies. The meal was leisurely and took about two hours total for drinks, apps, main courses, and desserts. The parking lot was full and as our dining room filled up, the noise level went up, also - but it was not irritatingly noisy. We will return.
