Unbelievable. This was hands down the best meal we have ever had here on Maui. We are long time residents (30plus years) and have tried most restaurants. For some reason we did not discover NyloS until now. Just WOW. We literally clapped after courses. After dining all over the world including many Michelin star restaurants-NyloS is a must if you are visiting or have a special occasion. We’ve already booked our next reservation and are excited to bring family, friends and clients for special dining experiences. How is this a hidden secret? We are telling everyone we know. Wow what a great place to have breakfast. Food was incredible. Paradise in Paia. So happy we tried this wonderful outdoor cafe.

Good food and great service. Bartender can make a killer old fashioned! Quaint spot with chill vibes!

Fixed menu but all the options looked great! We ended up going with the Ribeye and Mahi. Both were absolutely incredible. The space is beautiful. Great service as well. Would def go back

The restaurant was nice and quiet with enjoyable music and wind chimes playing. The Cold soba noodles with sous vide duck breast was delicious. Huge pieces of fish on the nigiri sushi. Soba crème brûlée was amazing.
