About as authentic Tyrolean dining experience as you might expect to get anywhere outside of the alpine region of Austria/Germany/Italy. I know because I’ve been to Tyrol dozens of times

We like to come here every year and we are never disappointed! Although the Open Table menu for this restaurant is incorrect regarding the Onakase price. This menu says $125 pp. The restaurant has $175. Open Table should be better and be in real time with the restaurants that they are representing. On with the food- amazing cold sake, signature cocktails. The classic yellowtail jalapeño appetizer, a must! Miso soup with tofu, really the only miso I would purchase. The house special roll with all types of fish was so fresh and to use the real wasabi is a must for this roll and the many nigiri. My husband was very excited that they had kohada, his favorite. We ended with two dinners, the classic black miso cod- a favorite and the sea bass with dry miso! All amazing!

Definitely a must when visiting Vail. Don’t miss the tomato / mozzarella bruschetta or the goat cheese / marinara apps. My wife and second son swear the shrimp / crab linguini is the best pasta dish they’ve ever tasted. My pasta and meatballs (yes I’m simple) was excellent. Enjoy.
