Our waiter and the rest of the restaurant staff were very attentive and checked on us often, but not too often. It was a nice balance. The tea service itself was very nice, however the food was quite bland. My son who did not partake in tea, ordered the Rotunda Burger. He reported it was great! He is 26 and likes good quality food, not a child's perspective. We also ordered the champagne flight, the margarita, and the lemonade. All were good, although the lemonade was on the sweet side for my son Overall a nice experience. Would I recommend? Yes! The experience of the tea service was fun. Would I return? Yes! Next time however, I would order from the main menu.

Extraordinary experience. Tea, Palace Hotel’s proprietary blend, was delicious. It is sold here and I bought some to take home. Food was delicious and there was a lot of it. We enjoyed the glass of Veuve which really elevated the whole experience. Service from Shakir and everybody there was also excellent, quick enough without rushing us at all. In fact, when we were finished we were able to sit and sip our Veuve listening to the harpist play for quite some time. Spendy but so worth it. The food and service make you feel very special.

Our waitress was absolutely fabulous. We didn’t have room for dessert, but she brought us a few little tasting items and wrap them up to go. She was very knowledgeable about the food and the wine and we loved our experience.
