The host was extremely friendly, and even came by the table when something had to be sent back. The waiter was great. He had a dry sense of humor. The Caesar salad had a nice flavor, but the lettuce was difficult to cut with the knife. The fish was superb in its preparation. The filet is an excellent cut, but had to be sent back for proper temperature. The table next to us, with four people, were very loud. I had to lean in to hear my table. Always enjoy eating here.

Had a great dinner Friday night. Rodney was a great host & Matthew was a great waiter. Enjoyed both of our dinners. The Ribeye steak was spot on and the Short Ribs were very tasty. The $95 Spring special is the best value anywhere in the Vail Valley. The restaurant is not crowded and the views of BC Mountain from the windows are spectacular. We've now had 3 of the 4 entrees and all were excellent. Good martinis! And if you want to splurge, share the 52 oz Tomahawk!

I’ve been going to this restaurant regularly since it opened. It’s very consistent with the quality of the food and of the service. I had the bison tartare. Delicious! Highly recommend!
