Harley was incredibly attentive in making sure our table was given a VIP treatment. Our guests loved the new Mediterranean menu! It was a perfect evening with Hawaiian music in the background. Mahalo nui loa, Mark & Laura

Their frozen Mai Tai was AWESOME!! Their margarita was too! The mahi mahi fish tacos were really yummy! We try to stop here for lunch every time we come to Hawaii! Worth the stop!!

Best place we’ve eaten on the island. Our first night here was so amazing. Jhumar was our server and absolutely sold us on the specials and drinks. The delivery of the food descriptions were on point. You’d think he created the menu. My boyfriend and I couldn’t decide so we just ordered everything he recommended. We got the snap peas, toro special, hamachi collar, and garlic fried rice. Our experience was so amazing we made a reservation for a second visit during our dinner. The second time we got the Wagyu warayaki, pork jowl, and lobster. Incredible

Chelsea our waitress was fantastic!! As my husband was not feeling well and still want to celebrate my birthday, she was extremely sensitive and attentive to what our needs. Food was delicious!! We love Brown and visit every year to celebrate my birthday!!

Meal was outstanding from start to finish! The tomato appetizer was unbelievably good. Ahi as usual was outstanding and the Duo and my scallops and shrimp wow! The show stopper was the mushroom soufflé - so so good and bread used with the sauce crazy yummy. Apologize I don’t remember our servers name but her enthusiasm and spot on meal suggestions was so perfect. We’ve eaten at Merrimans for years, but every time we are there in Waimea it’s perfect t in every way!
