Great place - good, location, atmosphere, service all top notch. We love this place for family celebrations!

The service was amazing. The restaurant also was very accommodating in allowing me to switch my reservation time at short notice they made my birthday amazing kudos and had to talk to them for good service and great food

We frequent this restaurant as we live in Alexandria and the food is always on point. Carlos was our server and he did an exceptional job. We each had a signature cocktail and we highly recommend the Cherry Blossom Gin concoction. It was sublime.

The service was nice but a bit over scripted and long winded. It felt as though the server had to hit certain words and scripted points, rather than just having an authentic interaction. The server also checked in way too many times, constantly interrupting our table’s conversation The food was okay but a bit bland. My pasta had little seasoning or herbs and spices. I’d maybe go back, but it’s not a favorite location.

We have been fans of Maggiano's for years and have always like the experience. Food is always tasty and service is good most of the time. We had good service on this visit. But I am disappointed in the changes to the menu over about the last 1-2 years. Prices have gone up a bit which I understand is to be expected somewhat but some entrees, like the veal parmesan, have become quite pricey. They no longer offer eggplant parmesan, an Italian classic, on the menu. They no longer offer the opportunity for a take home pasta and a good price which was a signature offering for them. They also eliminated the Marco's meal for two altogether. It used to be a very economical choice for two people for a great meal with leftover food for another meal. The food remains great, but the changes I just discussed detract from the experience and make it not the "go to" place for Italian food that it once was. Who did I need to contact at the corporate level about these changes?
