Always a pleasure to visit The Bull. Never disappointed with the food which is always plentiful and delicious and today was no exception. Only disappointment was the alcohol free sangria which was nothing like sangria should be.

Zaneita our waitress was amazing, whist they were a chef down she kept it all flowing and checked in on us with professionalism and humour to make the night a memorable one. Please send her our thanks!

I’m lucky to experience some great restaurants in my time and this one is right up there. Nibbles, starters and mains cannot be faulted and the famous Leek dish which I was told about was amazing. In particular the service was one of the best I’ve experienced. We had a waitress called Shelia and she was a great help in us deciding what best to eat and having knowledge on all the dishes. Great charm across all the staff and amazing personality throughout the evening Will be definitely coming back with friends and family!

This is a lovely restaurant with a neighbourhood vibe, very friendly and attentive staff. I have been here a few times either with my partner or with friends as I find it one of the better restaurants close to us in the Highgate area. The food is tasty and the ambience enjoyable, with tasteful interior decoration all centred around a lengthy bar that leads to a quiet dining area - a perfect place to have friendly or intimate conversations over a nice meal. I admit that some of the main savoury dishes are a bit on the sweeter side, for example the butter chicken or the seafood moilee. The tandoor dishes are much more forward on the complex Indian spicing element and go great with naan or rice. I also really enjoy the cilantro-based sauces that they use. To their credit, and perhaps to end on a sweet note, I love the gulab jamun and the chai tea - both heavenly. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you have more of a sweet tooth and crave tasty Indian food.
