Still the best meal in London with stunning staying power. In a city where most things are transient the plimsoll is the best meal you can take someone to, even after years.

We ate a delicious meal, particularly delicious was the cod and lentils and the ice cream with hazelnuts for pudding. The setting was beautiful. We sat at the counter near the open doors on a warm summer evening. The service was very good, professional and attentive. The only downside was the price. It does add up to be quite a pricy meal. We drank a carafe of white wine which complimented the meal.

Staff helpful, welcoming and friendly. A good atmosphere, quite a buzz, food well cooked. Only thing to mark down was the queue for the loo and my friend’s feta salad arrived with cheddar for some strange reason.

Very nice place to eat Ethiopian food. Staff is happy to advise on the different a meals. Good value for money
