First time, very impressed. Had a 5:00pm counter table reservation for two, but traffic time doubled when time came for us to drive there. Called and explained we were running late; hostess said she’d try to extend our 15 minute check-in grace period. Unfortunately traffic was worse than we thought and didn’t arrive until 6:36!? As we were walking up I received a text from the Beach House saying our table was ready. Ended up right next to the windows at a standard 4 top for two with stunning ocean and sunset views. Thanks for the wonderful hostess surprise! Great table service from Kaila too! Hope to return and highly recommend! Cheers!!

Delicious food, Fantastic service, and beautiful scenery. Gaylords is wonderful, and really well staffed. All of the finished dishes were taken away very swiftly, glasses were refilled not too often and not too late. Waiter’s & Waitresses were very professional and nice. My wife and I loved it and would definitely come back to it again. The food is worth the price I think, but it is on the more spendy side. So you are paying for quality, and it was well worth it.

Location was fantastic! Just caught the sun setting. Our server even took our picture by the Aloha sign! Delicious seafood and large portions! The sweet potato chips were light and tasty! Hurricane Painkiller was recommended by the staff and was blended well! Tasted like a tropical milk shake! Friendly staff and welcoming staff!

The salad bar is worth adding to your main course, and the drink in the fresh pineapple is well worth it, and the food is amazing, but the hula pie is gotta be a major star it's so delicious and fresh.

This restaurant is truly a hidden GEM! The food was absolutely amazing! My guest had the butter poached lobster, which was melt in your mouth! I had the linguine pomodoro which was incredible! I am going to try to bribe the chef for the recipe as I have never had a better Italian dish… The staff was very attentive. The only downfall were the chairs in the venue which were quite uncomfortable, but the food made you melt, so you quickly forgot about the chairs!!!
