You can find a delicious wood-fired steak, of course; but much of the menu showcases the element of fire in more subtle ways.     Fantastic experience from start to finish! Started with the Mariah calling to let us know that something opened up early if we could make it...which we did! Lauren was an excellent server. Food and drinks (Perfect Pear oh my!) were top notch. As the awards say, the decor is Top 50 beautiful and it greatly deserves the Michelin star.
