    We have been coming to this restaurant since its origin around 2002. There have been a few off nights but very rarely. During the last year it has been great. Last night was the best ever! We ate a wide variety of our favourites as usual for us. Well done Todd & Bonnie Barbey (Full time residents since 1991)

    We are planning to move to Durango in the next 12-18 months and have been checking out the several restaurants in the area. Like most others, the Roost did not disappoint. The service was super friendly, the drinks were fantastic (smoky burboun) and the food recommendations were awesome: loaded potato skins for appetizers, the wings (the biggest I've ever seen - yet tender and favorful), and the French dip with an incredible au jus. Just another great reason to move to DRO!

    Very nice atmosphere indoors and nice outdoor seating. All food was amazing.. had Ceasar salad and their homemade paparadelle pasta with mushrooms, truffle in a light cream sauce .. delicious! Rest of the table had lasagna, which they all loved . Focaccia bread on table a treat . Great wine selection. Couldn’t skip dessert , which did not disappoint.. crème brûlée ! Service great too !
