With 30 craft made in house beers on draft we also feature a large selection of house made cocktails along a nice wine by the glass selection. Our food menu features a custom burger blend of creekstone farms chuck, short rib, and brisket. Our fish and chip is cut in house and hand battered with our golden ale.     The service, the presentation, the taste, the quality, the bar....ALL PERFECT to EXCEPTIONAL!! Tonight's dinner was a last minute decision to try this new restaurant for an 8pm reservation, although it closes at 9pm. The host quickly assured us not to worry about the late time and enjoy the night. We did. We shared the aglonotti in a corn broth. This was one of, if not the best pasta dish I have had in the world, including Italy! Amazing taste and textures. I could eat it everyday. (I wish I knew the recipe!) The branzino in an amazing flavourful broth was also perfect. The tomahawk veal in mole was also exceptional, and perfectly grilled and no excess fat. The semifreddo for dessert was a perfect end to the night too. Gregory, our server is a true asset to Flour& Thyme. He is not only pleasant, professional and attentive, he also explained the details of every dish with a deep understanding of why it was special and with zest. It was evident he enjoyed this place The drinks were perfect too. Juan is a great bartender. And kudos to the all-female kitchen staff for turning out perfection. And although not inexpensive, the price was fair given this dining experience. We will be back soon ! Thanks. JMR
