"I initially chose McKay's for a business lunch because I needed to meet someone who was staying downtown and I was coming in from Orange County. It was a great choice as he was able to get there easily using Uber and it was right off the Harbor Freeway and I could miss the downtown crush. Besides being a great place for a business lunch, the food was exceptional. I had an Asian-style Ahi salad which had some interesting spins and tasted great. The waitress was very attentive. "Yaki-Tori (grilled chicken) was probably either boiled or steamed, which was a bit disappointing flavor-wise and less appealing, although the taste was okay. A friend of mine had to return the spicy sushi as he made a bad selection when he had stomach problems that night. However, a chef or a server did not give us any fuss about that.
